Unable to open mouth
My uncle is unable to open mouth completely as he is chewing tabbaco since 10 yrs. What is its treatment? To whom should i consult whether in dantal or ENT deptt.?

Chewing tobacco has probably caused OSMF oral sub mucosal fibrosis... he has to completely stop chewing tobacco immediately and consult an ENT surg or Oral Surg to initiate treatment. Please consult as early as possible as this could be a pre cancerous condition. Regards
