Consumption method of TAB Z&B soflet
I recently went to an ent for sinus as I had running nose and hankey all day long.
Not new for me , this problem has been there for 5 years now.
My doctor gave me Fluticon spray , TAB MONTAIR FX AND TAB Z&B SOFLET as medication.
I cannot swallow tablets without breaking it in my mouth so i chew them before swallowing it.
With Tab z&b it is not possible to chew it so can i open the red layer and mix the inside content which seems to be like powder with one glass of water and drink it?
