Unable to move my body during sleep.
Sometime during sleep i am aware but unable to move my body parts and cant even speak and i keep on forcing my body parts to move and the moment any body part moves i use to wake up.I found on the google about sleep paralysis and it was quite similar with my problem. Can u explain why its happening and how to avoid this.

Hi it is due to heavy work or stress . Try to stay calm all the time. Don't over react to the situations. Go and take one course of ayurvedic body massage which reduces your problem little bit. It is not an exact treatment but it give u a releif. For proper treatment need your detailed history.
