Hi there, Antidepressants can cause such kind of problems but all antidepressants have different side effects profiles. Another drug can be prescribed for your OCD problems. Be positive in your thoughts. The problems you faced with 2 days treatment must have subsided in few days. Now the fear of having the symptoms again is causing you problems. Don’t worry. Anxiolytics, psychological interventions and psycho education are likely to give the results and putting you back in the previous sexual functioning mode. Do consult again a mental health professional. Meanwhile go for Yoga relaxation exercises.
