Unable to maintain eye contact
Hi Sir/Mam, i have reached a point where i cant handle my issue by myself, i need professional help i had been embarrazed to speak my issue to anyone, i have been having this issue for some years now and its getting serious every day, which is effecting my daily social life and it gives me huge headaches and stress & taking away any confidence that is left in me.. i dont feel i have any sexual problem but i cant maintain eye contact with female. is there a cure to what am going through..

There is no question of being embarrassed. I am glad to know that you have identified the limitations and willing to seek help. Best to directly consult a Counselling Psychologist or Psychotherapist to resolve the inhibitions that you have been facing. You are only 28 years young chap, long way to go with a happy life.
