Hi, your symptoms says that it is a writer's cramp....in which the nerves which is coordinating the muscles work is weakened.....so due to over mental exertion, depression, anxiety, mental stress, hysteric affections weakens our nervous system...which in turn affects your fine motor movements......for which you can take
1. Magnesia phosphorica 6x tablets ( 4-4-4) b/f for 3 months
2. Avena sativa Q + Ashwagandha Q + Acid Phos Q -( 30 ml ) - 15 drops with small quantity of water three times a day for 3 months
3. Walnut + whitechestnut + crab apple - 2 drahm pills - (4-4-4) for 3 months
You will feel the change in a week.....but meds to be taken continuously for 3 months....to strengthen your nervous system
Next Steps
you should also do some exercise for your fingers....like pressing soft smiley ball on and off everyday.....
dip your fingers in warm water daily
you can also prepare dough for chapati by your hands weekly twice....which will strengthen your fine motor movements
increase intake of nuts and iron rich foods along with vit c
do wrist clockwise and anti clock wise rotations.....
close your fingers tightly for few secs and release ....do this 15 times a day
try to write 1 page daily neatly .....try ....try....try.....
do yoga for 15 mins atleast and pranayama ....breathing exercises....daily regularly.....

this condition is called writer syndrome
according to Ayurveda its called Vataj vyadhi
for that we required Nasyam and some medical treatment
U r suffering from vata vikar Take Triphala Churna 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water for 7 days,Tab or cap Ashwagandha( Himalaya drug) etc. 2 bid, Decoction of Giloy Mulahathi Draksha anjeer, Dashmool quath

Is there any tingling/ numbness in any fingers... Is there any pain in neck/ shoulder area of left side?
Any history of injury to that left hand.
