Unable to have sex
Hi doctors! I have been unable to have penetrative sex because the penetration feels extremely painful. It feels like my perineum is tearing apart. And it burns later (during urination), though this issue is very temporary and resolves within minutes.Digital penetration upto one finger is tolerable. I tried consulting a gynaecologist and she told me that penetrative sex for me is gonna require some practice (I'm not sure how since we can't even begin the penetration).  She did not conduct a physical exam. I'm looking for a second opinion and some useful tips and advices would be highly appreciated. Would lidocaine gel help? More lubrication? I have no idea and this is becoming a cause for worry to me. Help. Thanks!

Next Steps
Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks will correct the axis of vagina while joining. You can also try woman on top position
