Unable to get slim
I am decreasing the quantity of food intake but still unable to become slim pls give me a suggestion

Hi, Starving is no solution for being slim.Eat 5 small meals a day 2 of which ll be vegetables n fruits.Drink 6-8glasses of water.Indulge in any physical activity like yoga, cycling, walking etc.Keep a positive attitude.Consult privately for a personalised diet chart
