19 weeks pregnant I'm working from home, very less physical activity. Unable to digest food
I eat one chapati sabzi and dahi for lunch but evening I don't feel like eating anything. I just feel full and heavy. Unable to have dinner properly. Will it affect my baby weight
Little constipation also there. Please suggest

It is always advisable for a pregnant women to have small and frequent meals that will reduce the bloated feeling and will provide continuous nutrition to your growing baby
Some light exercises can be done
Late meals shud be avoided and meals shud be in proper time
15 min walk after breakfast and 30 min after dinner is recommended
