Unable to control urine. I do for this?

Hi doctor, I am unable to control my urine for the past 2 weeks and it is becoming worrisome for me coz,once i feel like urinating i start to leak without any control before i reach the bathroom. i had my first daughter last yr (normal deliver) and had copper t inserted last month . but during periods of this month the copper t thread was visible(ie it was sliding down on the 2nd day of my periods) and doc said it is correctly positioned and moved it back to original position such that the thread is not visible. But i feel that after i got my first period after having copper t my urine control is missing. After my delivery until before 2 weeks there was no issue of urine incontinence . What shall i do for this ? pls help am suffering a lot pls provide me solution or guide me 😭😭.... thanks in advance ...
