I am working in software development .l need to learn new technologies therefore need concentration but I unable to concentrate.

1. Stay in an envomironment which is less distracting, like a clean workdesk with ambient temperature, lighting and no noise.
2. Tell yourself to focus when you find your mind wandering elsewhere.
