I have taken wakealert tablet at the time of ecam ut is effective for me as my mind gets disturbed by thoughts and unable to concentrate on studies but by taking it for two weeks i was able to focus on studies but when i leave it i suffer from this type of problem several times later can u recommend me some homeopathic medicine to cure this problem permanently
