Unable concentrate

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi I'm 27 . I have to study couple of month for clearing my certification. But whenever I try to study unable to make good concentration. Even Not able to sit one hours too . Don't know automatically mind get distracted.. I have very good planning and enough time but couldn't get concentrate. Kindly suggest me some tips and medicine how could I overcome this issues . My certification is ahead . Thank you for advance

Hello... Medicine will not help you to avoid distraction. You are on your own...most of students study at the end of course that's the problem.. If you were studying from beginning you wouldn't have find it difficult now.. Because that's is a habbit. It's takes time for one to stick mind on studying subject .. Till you achieve that state of mind you have to work on it.
