Unable to breath
When very cold around I am unable to breath. feel suffocated and because of which I always have cold.

Hello... its physiological sometimes  that when cold enters into the respiratory tract due to sensitization there is  spasm of thetract which might be seen as breathing difficulty...well apart from this there are other pathological comditions like bronchitis, allergic, seasonal, asthma...better get a pft done of its required
