Hi, I am Rakesh. Working as an V.P. Operations in a corporate company. My official life is full of stress due to lot of official reasons but still I am able to justify my worth in the company and performing well. As I am working on a senior position so I have to travel a lot and have to attend 200-300 calls a day. Most of the times a recieve official calls after working hours too.
My wife doesn't want me to take official calls at home and also don't like if I do any official work at home.
I have a very small family. Me, my wife and a 11month baby girl. I love them a lot and want to give them every possible pleasure in their life. This is the reason I work hard to earn enough for them.
My wife have some other desires. She only wants me to spend time with her. She has no interest in my official issues. When ever I try to make her understand my official issues, she says quit the job and stay with us.
My personal life is getting worse day by day and can't see any scope of improvement.

it is very important to balance work life and personal life to stay happy. You should try to restrict your work to office timings only so that you can devote rest of the time to your family. By making this effort your wife will also understand you and will not face any problem. Also during day time, try calling your wife once and ask about her and the baby. On weekends try going out and spending quantity and quality time with the family. Try scheduling your day in such a manner that you can spend time with family along with your work.
