Hi. I work in the night shift, and start sleep at 5 or 6 AM in the morning,am able to sleep only for 2 or 3 hrs also not a tight one, I make my room very dark and away from the noises, also having a severe headache from almost 2 months , it stats below the ear and spreads all over the head below the neck too.do suggest

Shift work can disturb sleep since we are designed to sleep in the night.You might need medication to set your sleep cycle . please consult a psychiatrist to prescribe it to you.
