In Normal Hospitals on an average it will take 3-4 days after the surgery is being done to discharge In case of Day Care Centres, discharge will be done on the day of surgery. Cost of the surgery depends from place to place & hospital to hospital It also depends upon wether mesh is placed during repair or not. But on an average it may cost u around 25-35K in towns, but it maye be costlier in metropolitan cities

Approximately it will take about 5-7 days max. But for the cost, you need to consult a hospital nearby. It varies from hospital to hospital
