Keep a watch on daily baby movements ..to report immediately to your doctor in case of pain abdomen ,leaking from vagina or decreased baby movements ..

Report is good Continue iron and calcium supplements Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month Repeat visit at 38 weeks

Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses and travel Avoid papaya and pineapple Sleep for 2 hours at afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime in left lateral position for improvement of blood flow to baby Drink lots of water and fruits juice
