Asked for Female, 24 Years

Can Ultrasound done after 5 and half months of intercourse surely detect if any pregnancy is there. Can the radiologist/ sonographer see it for sure even if we don't mention to check pregnancy? With 3 negative HCG reports after 5 months. It's 100% Negative right?
