Ultrasound Detected Follicle Rupture
I have PCOS, hence my ovulation is being tracked by ultrasound. This was my first cycle with letoval and a hcg trigger shot (5000 mg). My follcile ruptured as per ultra sound 20 days back. My blood report (beta HCG quantitative) came back negative and my menstruation cycle still has not started for the month. I am not pregnant but I must've have ovulated given the ultrasound shows rupture. Why the delayed period then? P.S. my understaning was that you get your period within 16 days of ovulation.
