Ideal follicle size for rupture
Hi,
I am on letrozole for this cycle. We are trying for a baby since one and half year. Today was my 9th day and my USG readings were follicle size 17.5 and endometrium size 4.4. Usually my follicle.doesnt rupture on its own.Kindly advice at what size (follicle, endometrium) should i take an hcg trigger shot this cycle for rupture and for conceiving. And what are the ideal follicle and endometrium size for conceiving.

When Follicle is 20mm and endometrial thickness is 7-8 mm take HCG 10,000 IU

Follicle size 18 mm and endometrial thickness 7-8 mm

Wait for another scan after 48 hrs and take a bhcg injection
Health Tips
If the follicle doesnt rupture must add progynova 3mg TDS from day 8 of cycle for better endometrial thickness in the next cycle
