Ulcers on tongue
I am having Ulcers on tongue from more than a year. Taken many types of b complex and vitamins medicine. Relief for some time and again resurface in few days. Cannot eat even mild spicy food.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What you have are called aphthous ulcers. Avoid oily and spicy foods and increase your fluid intake. Avoid smoking and alcohol intake.
