Ulcerative colitis? Treatable?
Biopsy Report says.. Section shows fragments of colonic mucosa with ulceration of epithilium. The lamina propria shows dense and diffuse acute on chronic inflammatory infiltrate mainly neutrophils, eosinophils with lymphocytes along with congested blood vessels and small foci of hemorrhage. No deeper tissue is included in present study. There is no evidence of granuloma, dysplasia or malignancy in the section examined Impression: Histology is suggestive of Ulceroinflammatory lesion of colon. Kindly co relate clinically. Which meds can cure it completely.
