Is it okay to have jaggery in Ulcerative Colitis?? In solid form or mixed in hot water. Someone told me to have jeera and Jaggery mixed in hot water.

Yes you can, take in less quantity, if you still feel stomach irritation than you can use khanda sarkara

Yes you can take jaggery jeera and coriander water is good for ulcerative colitis but if the problem is old and persistent you have to start Ayurveda treatment to cure.
