My mother has fullness after eating weakness acidity loose stools And burning in center of abdomen endoscopy done took medicines but symptoms are not going she's having h pylori she's having blood pressure and she's having belching too

Your mother has gastritis with hiatus hernia. Her symptoms will not settle unless associated with lifestyle changes which include bland diet and exercises. If she is over weight then she needs weight reduction programme.
