Ulcer ,pus pimple , thick white dischar

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am having ulcer and whitish thick vaginal discharge and pus filled pimples near vaginal area.5 days back I had a pimples and it was ulcerate and produce pus .and white thick coating used to come in and around vaginal area . I have painful swelling in left mideal inguinale area, vaginal swelling and burning pain near around the vaginal area. Please do help to find out the condition and treatmentof my problem.
