Noticed painless ulcer near the gap between my penis head and foreskin. No sexual activity for the past 4 months & only self masturbation. What is the likely root cause?

Hey, syphilis, lymphogranuloma venerum , granuloma inguinale are causes of painless ulcer on genitals . syphilis has longer incubation period so .Even with the history of unprotected sex 4 months before there is risk of STD ,consult dermatologist or venerologist
