Ulcer like skin lesion on face
I have been suffering for the past 4 days with a ear and theist infection and sinusitis. I am currently treating these with antibiotics and probiotics. I'm also suffering with mouth ulcers and inflamed gums behind my front teeth. Two days ago a small crater like lesion arose on my face under the right side of my mouth. What could this be? Thank you
