Having Ulcer in Intestine, Stool always remain very soft and unshaped, i mean stool not having any shape. Indigestion, So Goes to Ayurvedic Doctor he prescribe mixture of churan and Pathayadi Kadha. But on Patyadi Kadha it is written this is for Headache, So i am confused now whether i get medicine for my problem or Dr misunderstood my problem, Can you Please Dr Is Pathyadi Kadha is useful in this Disease or Not? Thanks.
