U am having pain in lower jaws gums.
I am having pain in right side Lowe jaw gums. The pain increases at night and I am unable to sleep at night. I have tried everything like cold milk and Saline water.

It's an old infection that has worsened. See a dentist ASAP. If you do not have access to a dentist then see a medical doctor and start Antibiotics

Please consult a dentist. Your symptoms indicate infection of a tooth which may require root canal treatment. X-ray and clinical examination required for diagnosis
