My blood test report shows widal test Typhy O as 1/320. Doctor says typhoid and fatty lever detected. I don't have fever but have pain in my foot sole. Is it due to typhoid? Is it possible to have typhoid without fever? Need advice.

Only O antibody doesn't indicate typhoid, sometimes it is positive in healthy persons also
Sometimes cross antibodies gives postive report
