Typhoid fever

My wife is suffering from typhoid fever which was diagnosed 3 days back..but she is ill since 1 week..My doc had recommended taximo 400 twice daily and Calpol 650 for fever ..but it's been 3 days and the fever is steady at 101 to 104 . I am attaching the test report can you tell if I need to worry or change the medication.(on seeing the report my doc said that this is rare type of typhoid)

It’s enteric fever, both typhi and paratyhphi present. It will take time to cure. Medicine is fine. U can go for parental antibiotics also
