Typhoid fever
My widal test report is S.typhi "o" positive 1:80 dilution S.typhi "h" positive 1:80 dilution S.para typhi "a(h)" negative 1:20 dilution S.para typhi "b(h)" negative 1:20 dilution. Is this serious problem.. Do I have typhoid?? I do not have any symptoms such as vomiting, fever.

Hi. Typhoid is considered positive when titers are 1:160 or more. O strain is positive in present infections. H strain is seen positive in immunized or previously infected people. You are not suffering from Typhoid. Don't worry.

Yes... you have typhoid.take complete course of medicine..there is no serious rise in concentration...but if you neglect it can be dangerous.
