Typhoid fever
My daughter 5yr 8 month..weighs 13.5 kg She has been suffering from fever and stomach ache since 7 march..got hospitalised on 15 march due to complain of high fever 101 to 104 coming every 6 to 7 hr with bothering stomach ache.. Since 11 march doc gave pancef o 100 twice a day 3.5 ml but fever,stomach ache continued as before along with some red rash on cheeks and foot... On 15 march she was hospitalised and given IV antibiotics Ceftriaxone,doxycycline now since 19 march meropenum inj are given along with , pantop,paracetamol IV inj and syrup meftal, septran Still after 5 days of treatment in hospital her condition is still the same fever is coming in 6 to 7 hr, stomach ache is there , also vomitted 1 time today Plzz advise is it normal that no improvement even after 14 days of onset of fever and 10 days of antibiotic of one form or other...I m worried
