Asked for Female, 5 Years

Daughter 5:year old. Typhoid o is positive. She has cough and fever 101. Wbc is 2500 and platelets also less 1.18 lakh. As of now calpol 250 , 5ml. Cheery coff 5ml and amoxylim 4 ml twice a day is prescription given. What to do next. Tomo evening only my pediac will come
