Hello if you Typhoid report is positive you will require medications , antibiotics and probiotics .
You will have to avoid outside food .
Drink boiled or Mineral water .
Can you share report of your Typhoid so I can advise you medications ,diet and precautions .

Please let us know the widal titre if typhoid is positive.. accordingly the medicine can be started, liver enzymes are elevated you need an instant treatment but I dnt see anything serious according to your symptoms. You can also consult me online for further queries
