Type of USG for RPOC
I had a medical abortion at 5½ weeks 17 days ago. The bleeding stopped on 13th day but the pain increased after bleeding stopped. after 2 days I had CBC where the reports were similar from earlier only Eosinophills level increased and Neutrophils decreased. Now as the pain still there and no other type of symptoms are present, as I have read on internet, there can be RPOC. What type of ultrasound should i get done? It is easy to get done Transabdominal USG but i fear for Transvaginal USG. Can I get the sufficient reports from Transabdominal USG because I want to avoid Transvaginal USG.

Hi. Better is transvaginal, if you are scared, do transabdominal with full bladder.
