Type 2 diabetic
Hello, I am having type 2 diabetes from last 3 years. When I was diagonsed my HBA1C was 11.2 but after 3 months it came down to 6.5 and after that it is always been 5.5 or 5.6. Do i need to check my sugar on daily basis and if yes what should be the ideal range of the sugar levels. And what is the range of sugar levels in blood that when the nerves start getting damaged.

If u r in medicines then the frequency of sugar monitoring and target vary depending on a few factors. If u r not on medicines checking HbA1C 3 monthly and keeping it below 6.5 would suffice
