Doctor..im a patient of t1d since 3 years.
I use huminsulin NPH and Regular.
My problem is that...since few months when i masturbate the sperm doesn't came out.
I feels like it is out..but it doesn't.

It might be retrograde ejaculation. If u are not on any other medicines u should visit a urologist for this
