Twitching and spasms.
Random twitchy movements in my body, especially hands and arms. Often repeated, sometimes sort of spasm-like. Happens to my index finger a lot where it's just making weird movements for maybe 30 minutes and then stops. Happens in other fingers too, or other parts of my hand, or my arm. Sometimes parts of my hand has gone numb too, especially fingertips.

It’s mostly because of dehydration or vitamin deficiency or lack of sleep or because of lifestyle. If this increase over the next month please consult a neurologist. If not it’ll pass on its own .
