  4. Twice period in a month. Why is it so?

Twice period in a month
I miss my period for a month.... Visited gynecologist, he gave me deviry 10mg tablets within 2 days I got a period (13/4/18 to 18/4/18) and again on 24/4/18, I got a period. Why is it so?
