TVS Scan after RPOC
Hi after one week of medications for RPOC, I went for TVS scan and the following were the impressions- Thickened endometrium. Small focal hypocchogenicity in upper endometrium - Probably blood clot. Bilateral polycystic ovaries. Do I need any surgery like D&C or not needed?

The decision for DNE will depend upon whether you are bleeding or not if you are bleeding you definitely need the evacuation
