Tvs report shows pcod
My TVs report shows pcod and no pregnancy after two days I got positive result at home pregnancy test ..is it possible TVs cannot detect early pregnancy ???

Many times in PCOS  specifically there can be delayed conception and it can be difficult on ultrasound to identify pregnancy ..in such situations beta HCG blood test is advised to confirm pregnancy
