Turbinoplasty
Can turbinoplasty lead to atrophic rhinitis, dryness and empty nose syndrome. I have been advised for septoplasty and terbinoplasty but I am scared due to the mentioned side effects. Please advise.

Ya it leads to dryness... But depends on the size of turbinates, may be a partial turbinoplasty is ok.
