Hello, You need to know whether its a spinal tumor or came from some other organs( metastatic) Diagnosis is essential before treatment Consult your doctor immediately to avoid permanent nerve damage Usual analgesic could help for pain relief

You need to get an MRI scan of the neck. First consult a Surgeon before you go for a scan. Second scan and third biopsy if required to know what type of a tumor is it.
