I go to gym daily and work hard to gain muscles . I take s good veg protein diet and also whey protein. Its been 2 months but i cannot see much changes in me. Also my tummy fat has started to increase. I work on my abs to reduce it but no effect. Feels like everything i eat just contributes in increasing tummy fat. Though i work hard on gym and diet but nothing is paying of. My body is thin and tummy is fat. Pls help.

Sir, you can just skip whey protein and ask your dietician to give you a balanced diet. Also proper kind of exercises will make your muscles bulkier and abs more prominent, although it takes 4-6 months approximately.
Every person have different body structure, prakriti, and metabolism state. some looses immediately and some take little time and some are stubborn and rigid needs much of exercise with diet . And tummy fat needs extra care.
