  4. Tummy ache. The belly button area.

Tummy ache
My 6 year son is having severe tummy ache for the last two weeks and it happens only after he goes to bed. The pain lasts for couple of minutes and it happens after he sleeps for an hour or two. He shows the pain in the middle of his stomach, around the belly button area.
