How long you have been on antitubercular medicines!? If you have completed the course your AFB test should come negative. May be you are having other bacterial infection simultaneously. Get a Urine Culture and Sensitivity test done. You will know if other bacteria are the cause of your burning sensation. Moreover the sensitivity test will also give you the names of antibiotics to which these bacteria are either sensitive or resistant. You may consult after getting these test reports.
