I have on att since 7/7/2021. My LFT report on 10 days was SGPT : 135 and SGOT : 91. Then supportive drugs were given and now 24 th day LFT report shows more elevated liver enzymes like SGPT : 315 and SGOT : 183. Doctor said to stop att for 7 days and asked to repeat LFT. In the mean time no other drugs is prescribed except Syr Sorbiline and Tab Liveril Forte. Is it right decission to totally stop att rather than not to give safer att regime for atleast 1 week. Pls give a honest answer.

The doctor is correct.you have to stop all the drugs, and slowly  start the drugs one by one  is one method,as liver enzymesare much increased..He will find out the drugs that are not causing liver enzymes increase. He can add one by one.certain injections also can be added.pl  consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
