You have Tb,and you have taken Tb treatment. After 2 months, sputum is negative for afb.That means,The drugs are acting well.But you can not stop Tb treatment. You have to take Tb treatment for minimum 6 months,as per doctor's advise.it only shows that you are improving. Does not mean that you do not have Tb.you have to complete the course of Tb treatment.
